How do i reset my password for my gateway because I can't access it I have a Voice and Data Modem so can anyone help me?

Try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. The user name and the password will now become the defaults of admin and password. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch.

I just tried this, found the recessed button. Everthing went down for a bit. I had to reset
WiFi as expected. But at 10.0.0.1 "admin" and "password" still do not work.
What am I missing? Does resetting WiFi through the app also do something to the
admin/password ?
